How can you help?
Granite County Museum & Cultural Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We rely on contributions from the community at large for operating funds. However, those funds are always limited and we cannot continue to bring you new exhibits and programs without public support.
Museum donations can be made in many ways:
Shop on Smile.Amazon.com
Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to Granite County Museum And Cultural Center whenever you shop on AmazonSmile. AmazonSmile is the same Amazon you know: same products, same prices, same service. Support the Museum by shopping at smile.amazon.com.
Direct Donation
The Museum accepts monetary donations of any amount, large or small, in person at the museum or by mail. We can also receive donations via our PayPal account. Wills and Estates
Many of our Museum members tell us how much they enjoy our facility and they wish they could do more to support the Museum. These days we understand that tight budgets affect charitable giving, but there is an easy way you can support Granite County Museum and help preserve the history of Granite County and the American West. Simply include Granite County Museum as a beneficiary in your Will, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan or Life Income Plan and you will forever be a part of Granite County Museum’s legacy.
In Montana, a tax credit is available for gifts to qualified endowments. Please ask your financial or legal advisor about other tax benefits of planned giving. Your donation through a will or estate can help the Museum build a long-term, stable source of financial support to augment present funding.
Making a provision in your estate plans toward Granite County Museum is an easy way to support the museum and its mission. Through a planned gift you are helping to sustain all that we do to preserve our history for future generations.
